Protesting truck drivers were blocked by troops and police in Dagestan

In Dagestan, troops were sent to the site of a strike by truckers protesting against the Platon system. This was reported by members of the Association of Carriers of Russia (OPR).

OVD-InfoPolice have surrounded the protesters and are trying to block them. Employees of the Russian National Guard also arrived at the scene. According to OPR activists, the protesters were also blocked from mobile communications.
