Marina Lakertian and Yury Vasilyev, who were detained for a solitary picket near the University of Trade Unions, were released from the fifth police department. A protocol was drawn up against the activists under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). The trial in this case will take place on the third of April.
Today, March 31, members of the Vesna movement held a picket at the entrance to the university of trade unions. There was an open day there today. The activists wanted to tell potential students of the university about the attitude of the leadership towards students and violations of their rights.
During a one-man picket, the guards took away the poster from the activist Yury Vasiliev and called the police. Also, the guards wrote a statement that the young people used foul language and interfered with the passage of citizens. Vasiliev and Lakertian deny this, and are going to file a counterclaim.
