In the Moscow region, activist Mark Halperin was detained near his home. Human rights activist Alla Frolova reported this on April 1.
Galperin was allegedly taken to the Tverskoye police station for a “preventative conversation.”
UPD: Galperin will be kept in the police department until the trial, which will take place on Monday. The case is apparently connected with the rally on March 26.
: A report was drawn up against Galperin under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code - disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer (maximum sanction - arrest for 15 days). The case will be considered by the Tverskoy District Court.
