20 people were detained in the center of Moscow

At least 20 people were detained on Tverskaya Street near Triumfalnaya Square. This was announced by photographer Evgeny Feldman.

According to the Interfax news agency , one minor was among the detainees.

At least four people were detained on Manezhnaya Square earlier.

• On the morning of April 2, Moscow police installed fences in the city center in connection with reports on social networks about the preparation of an uncoordinated action. Riot police and the National Guard were drawn to Manezhnaya and Red Squares.
• On April 1, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under the article on incitement to riots. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office warned about the illegality of the action on April 2.
