Two participants in Navalny's election campaign were detained in Moscow

Near the Krasnye Vorota metro station, the police detained two activists of the Navalny team: Vitaly Serukanov and Pyotr Proskurkin, who took part in the distribution of stickers as part of the election campaign of Alexei Navalny. The police arrived after some correspondents approached the Red Gate.

As Serukanov told OVD-Info, at the end of the event, a police car drove up to them. Without explaining the reasons, Serukanov's passport was taken away, saying that it "needs to be punched through the bases." After that, Serukanov was put in a police car, and Proskurkin was ordered to go to the Basmanny police department in his car: two policemen got into it themselves.

At the moment, both were taken to the Basmanny police station.
