95 years ago, on April 3, 1922, at the plenum of the Central Committee of the RCP(b), Joseph Stalin was elected General Secretary of the Central Committee of the RCP(b). At the same time, the Politburo and the Organizing Bureau of the Central Committee were formed. According to the decision of the plenum, the Politburo included "comrades Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin, Kamenev, Zinoviev, Tomsky, Rykov", and the Orgburo - "comrades Stalin, Molotov, Kuibyshev, Rykov, Tomsky, Dzerzhinsky and Andreev."
