On the afternoon of April 3, a terrorist attack occurred in the St. Petersburg metro: a home -made explosive device exploded on the stage between the Sennaya Square and Technological Institute stations. As a result of the explosion, 10 people died, about 40 were injured. In addition, at the Square of uprising, another bomb was found and neutralized - its capacity was estimated at a kilogram of TNT.
