Law enforcement agencies suspect the involvement in the attack of the St. Petersburg metro station Kyrgyzstan, 22-year-old Akbarzhon Dzalilov, Fontanka reports. Dzhalilov, according to the publication, lived in St. Petersburg for more than six years and was a citizen of Russia.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the fact of the explosion in the metro of St. Petersburg. It is reported by Interfax. The case on behalf of the head of the IC Alexander Bastrykin is investigated by the Main Directorate for the investigation of especially important cases of the IC of the Russian Federation.

At the scene of the incident, an investigation group is working. A source of Fontanka said that another bomb was found in the St. Petersburg metro - at the Square of the Uprising Square, it was neutralized, the explosive device did not work. The source of Interfax reported the same.
