Explosion Investigation in St. Petersburg

In the metro of St. Petersburg, an explosion thundered, at least 9 people were killed, dozens were injured. Information agencies reported that the Prosecutor General’s Office called the terrorist attack. But then the representative of the department said: so far it is premature to qualify the explosion in the subway.
