Two suspects detained in the murder of policemen in Astrakhan

Police detained two suspects in the murder of traffic police officers in Astrakhan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports .

Interfax earlier, citing a source, reported that the police detained four suspects, but this data was denied by the Investigative Committee.

According to investigators, on the night of March 4, several people attacked the car of traffic police officers, the police were shot, and their service weapons were taken away.

Initially, eight people were put on the wanted list, but later the security forces came to the conclusion that one of the wanted people was not involved in the crime.
