Half an hour before midnight, Vladimir Putin appeared at Tekhnolozhka with a bouquet of red roses. According to rare eyewitnesses, the head of state stayed at the scene of the tragedy for about 30 seconds, did not respond to requests to comment on the situation, and also quickly disappeared.
In total, approximately 500 people came to the scene of the tragedy to honor the memory of the victims of the terrorist attack. People continued to arrive until about three o’clock in the morning, when they finished lifting the bodies of the dead from the Technological Institute station.
