The former candidate for deputies of the Moscow Regional Duma fined for a single picket

On April 4, Zamoskvoretsky District Court fined 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by the participant in the public event of the established procedure for holding a rally) of the former candidate for deputies of the Moscow Regional Duma Valery Tsaturov. In September 2016, he was detained on a picket against a police lawlessness. This was announced by the ATD-Info by activist Yang Kalevsky.

A protocol was drawn up on Phyturov on the day of detention, but the court refused to accept it. Then the police in January 2017 drew up a new protocol.

Earlier, the court fined 15,000 rubles of blogger Yana Katelevsky for participating in the same campaign.
