Chuvash blogger detained again

Blogger Konstantin Ishutov was again detained in Chuvashia. He is charged with Article 19.15.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (residence of a citizen of the Russian Federation at the place of stay or at the place of residence in a residential building without registration). This is reported by the portal “Idel. Realities". He was fined 2000 rubles.

Earlier, on March 29, the Leninsky Court fined four detained witnesses, including Ishutov, under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The arrest took place at a court hearing in the case of a rally against corruption.
