State Duma deputy from the Novosibirsk region, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Security and Countering Corruption, Dmitry Savelyev (LDPR), in connection with the terrorist attack in the St. Petersburg metro, warned Russians against the danger of unauthorized mass events.
Taiga.info publishes the opinion of the State Duma deputy provided by his press service.
“Against the backdrop of tragic events in the St. Petersburg metro, any unauthorized events with a large number of people collected by the bulk and other figures of the so -called“ opposition ”acquire a very alarming coloring.
Any mass performances should be planned and organized with the involvement of law enforcement and medical services. Only then can we talk about the security of the audience. The entire territory is checked in advance, a cordon and frame of detectors is placed. Remember the snipers who shot the crowd in the capital of Ukraine during the famous events of 2014 or in other countries during the riots of the Arab Spring.
There, the provocatear arrows are located on the roofs of nearby buildings. During the authorized mass events, this is impossible, since law enforcement officers are thoroughly checked.
Now, when various forces irresponsibly, for the sake of dubious political glasses, bring to the unauthorized, inconsistent rallies with the authorities, hundreds of students and schoolchildren, they put them under the blow of terrorists. In such a crowd, it is easy to get lost to the militants, suicide bombers, which can allow them to freely implement their criminal plans. And in such circumstances, it is very difficult for special services to give a rebuff to the terrorist in time and protect people. This danger should be aware of everyone who goes to any unauthorized action. ”
