The image of President Vladimir Putin with makeup is included in the federal list of extremist materials. In the updated register published on the Ministry of Justice, the record is under number 4071. The corresponding decision on May 11, 2016 was made by the Central District Court of Tver.
On May 7, 2014, the picture was published on the user's page with Nickname Alexander Tsvetkov in VKontakte. Now this account is blocked for violating the rules of the site. As noted in the document of the Ministry of Justice, in the picture of a person, “similar to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, on whose face is makeup - eyelashes and lips are painted, which, according to the author/authors of the poster, should serve as a hint of the supposedly non -standard sexual orientation of the president of the Russian Federation. The text under the image (praised by the features of the orphography and punctuation, with the concealment, with the concealment Out -ceran vocabulary): "Putin voters, like ... there seems to be many, but among my friends there are no them."
The registry did not specify which image we are talking about. There are several photos on the network where Putin is depicted in makeup, including together with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The same decision of the court was recognized as extremist nine records in the Tsvetkov account. On March 4, 2014, two people in the form of soldiers of the Third Reich, "similar to Putin and Medvedev, and a photograph of Patriarch Kirill, were depicted on March 4, 2014. Under the poster there was a signature: "The invaders are already in Moscow." The remaining posters contain images of the symbols of the Third Reich, Waffen SS, RNE, anti -Semitic and antimigrant slogans.
On March 22, in the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan, hearings began on the merits of the case of extremism, excited against the leader of the Tatar Patriotic Front Altın Urda ("Golden Horde) Danis Safargali. The reason for the pursuit of the activist was 15 posts published in March 2014 - March 2016 on his personal VK page (now removed). In the conclusion of a psychological-linguistic examination conducted at the request of the investigator for particularly important cases of the department of the Investigative Committee in the Vakhitovsky district, it was argued that these publications, among other things, had the task of “humiliation of dignity, the purposeful formation of the negative characteristics of the“ Social Group of the “President of the Russian Federation” .
Among the other "groups of persons" to which the Politzke allegedly aroused enmity, the examination called the authorities and the media. The activist was also accused of "insulting the religious feelings of believers of Orthodox Christians."
In December 2010, the police opened the case under Article 319 of the Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities) against Syktyvkar journalist Pavel Safronov, who called Putin Pidaras . However, the prosecutor’s office several days later canceled the decision to initiate the case.
Meanwhile, in January 2011, at the Moscow Strategy -31 campaign, a group of activists in protest against such persecution launched the stretching of Putin - Pidaras. The leader of the Oryol branch of the OGF Georgy Sargsyan published in his LiveJournal a photograph of this stretch, taken by a blogger Nikolai Danilov (Norwegian forest). In April 2011, Sargsyan was summoned in connection with this publication for a survey in the TFR . Then the blogger Danilov wrote a denunciation to the Oryol head of the TFR with a demand to open a case against him as an author of a photo, and not against Sargsyan. As a result, neither Sargsyan nor Danilov, as far as is known, were held accountable.
