She was buried on September 5, 2015 - on the third day after the corpse caught on the snag in the Psekups River found divers.

The coffin had to be redone at the last moment - choking it, the carpenter did not take into account that the body was swollen in the water. Svetlana wanted to put inside a mobile phone, donated by Vika as an older brother two and a half months before his death, but at the last moment she changed her mind and left him as a keepsake: her daughter managed to take a lot of photos on him. In one of these pictures, she poses in a new dress with an armful of flowers in her hands. Svetlana chose him for the monument.

Almost every day she goes to the balcony and sees opposite a four -story house made of light brick. Parabia Ivan Sorokomov lived there earlier. He is accused of the murder of Vicki.

Ivan and Valentina Sorokomov from the Kuban town of Gulkevichi could not have children for a long time. In 1992, they adopted a two -month -old baby. After the Sorokomov Sr. transferred to the traffic police, his colleague Alexander Grebennyukov, who served with him in the same department, was headed by the investigator in Gulkevich. At a new post, he worked for four years. In 2011, the place of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city was freed in a hot manner. The proposal to move to a cozy resort town seemed tempting to him. Grebennyukov agreed. Almost simultaneously with him, the forties were also transferred to the hot key. He became an inspector in the permits of the local traffic police.

The family of the traffic cop entered a small two -room apartment on Kucheryovaya Street. At the age of 19, the adoptive son of Sorokomov became a trainee of the PPS, in 20 - a patrol policeman. At 21, Ivan appeared a girl - Irina. Soon she gave birth to a boy, and the young began to live with her parents. For the wedding of the forties, the senior who was tired of the scratches, who appeared on his white “Mazda” of the sixth model every time the son took her to ride, gave him a black “Mazda 3”.

But the position of a patrol policeman did not promise the officer rank, which the young man dreamed of. He graduated in absentia Armavir Law Institute. When a vacancy of the inspector appeared in the department of minors, Ivan wrote a report with a request for appointment. Grebennyukov signed the paper. The leadership of the department sent Sorokomov to a psychologist - according to the results of testing deviations from the applicant, he did not reveal - and then to the Center for Psychological Diagnostics at the Clinic of the Ministry of Emergencies in Krasnodar. Having received a positive opinion on the results of the study in the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ivan attributed documents to the personnel department.

Irina began to suspect her husband of betrayal. But there was no evidence, and Ivan himself could always dispel his wife's doubts.

" - Svetlana recalls her conversation with the duty officer. He suggested waiting for the inspector for minors, but the frightened mother demanded to find a policeman with a black car. After several calls, his colleagues entered the duty room and began to discuss something violently. "Yes, only he has a black car, no one else has!" - Seregina heard scraps of conversation. The police officers called the desired colleague in a black car in her presence. The phone was turned off. He says: "I dropped her! I planted her! Near the garages!" "

Now the police asked the woman to wait for Ivan Sorokomov, the owner of a black car to write a refusal of claims. The inspector continued to insist that he dropped Vika: “He stood like that, his hands on his sides, standing:“ And I dropped her! He drove around the house and landed, I don’t know anything,” recalls Seregina. Sorokomov went to look for a girl with the rest of the police, relatives and acquaintances of women. The search did not give anything. In desperation, Svetlana and her daughters began to kick the ball on the car of Sorokomov - in the hope of hearing the groan of Vicki from the trunk.

Sorokomov answered the questions of his colleagues unintelligible. According to him, seeing in the courtyard the house of three girls playing in the sandbox, he decided to give them home, but on the way the eldest - Vika - asked not to plant her in the yard. Therefore, the policeman said, he “won it a little”, dropped it behind the house and has not seen since then. When asked why his phone was turned off, the inspector replied that at that time he was in the village of Saratovskaya - a friend whose house did not catch the network. At about three in the morning, the head of the minors of the Turpeko and the district Chegrenian decided to check this version and went to the village with Sorokomov. When he was offered to show the house of a friend, the inspector first said that he had forgotten where he was, but then he still waved his hand at one of the buildings. There was no light in the house. The acquaintance of Sorokomov, who opened the door, was at a loss: that evening no one came to her.

Returning to the hot key, the police continued the search. At five in the morning, the forties returned home - as his wife later recalled, "tired and depressed." The policeman trousers were in dust. He said to his wife and father that he was looking for a "missing girl from a neighboring courtyard." At seven in the morning, the forties drove for his chief of Turpeco to go to the solemn line together. Vicki's mother led children to school and began to look out the window. “From the next six -story building there was Zhorik, the son of the neighbors, all the beautiful, with a rose, went to first grade. And my Vika is not, ”she recalls.

After the line of Sorokomov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Grebennyukov called him. In the office were his deputy Shular and the father of the inspector. They began to interrogate Sorokomov in detail about the events of last evening. It became clear to Grebennyukov that he was telling a lie: at first the inspector denied that he was driving Vika, and when he was told that one of the local residents saw how she sat in a black “Mazda” with other girls, he suddenly remembered that he had dropped her the last, having traveled the house around. Grebennyukov invited him to write a confession, but he refused. After this conversation, the police took a colleague to the Belorechensky inter -district investigative department. In the evening, he gave a confession.

Confession

At the first interrogation in the UK, the Sorokomov said that at about 17 hours on August 31 he met with his 17-year-old acquaintance Maria Titova. In her testimony, the girl recalled: for some reason the inspector told her that he was visited by "thoughts to kill someone." On that day, she says, Ivan was unusual "evil and gloomy." After spending about an hour with her, the magpies went towards the house. Having drove into the yard, he saw four girls playing on the playground. One of them - from the same house - he sent to his parents. The remaining girls told the inspector that their mother was at work. Then the magpies promised to give them home. According to his testimony, at the entrance of her house, the eldest girl - Vika - began to cry and asked to drop her away, because she was afraid that, having seen her daughters in the police officer, their mother would punish them.

Vika came out of the last car. At that moment, the Sorokomov sharply pressed the gas, and the door of the car slammed slammed. During interrogation, the inspector admitted that at that moment he suddenly had a sexual attraction to the girl. The policeman drove her to the lake area, intimidating on the road what would tell her mother how late she was walking. Vika cried and asked not to do this. "What can you offer me for this?" He asked. The girl did not know what to answer. “Let you make me a blowjob, and no one will know about it,” the policeman suggested. She began to cry even stronger. Near the pointer to the Salt Sorokomov river, he turned onto the dirt road, stopped and offered Vika to undress, and then forced the oral sex. Then, raping the girl in the back seat - according to investigators, “in all available ways” - the policeman allowed her to dress, wiped the member with a napkin and threw her to the ground next to the car.

When the Sorokomov was traveling a departure from the city, the duty officer called him, who told Vika was looking for his mother. The colleague did not believe that the inspector dropped her near the house. Sorokomov understood this, stopped at the side of the road and called back to the head of the district police officers, promising him to come to the department. After that, he told Vika that he would take her home, and he remembered a deserted place - a area called Kholodny, through which the Psekups river flows. Stopping on the shore, he opened the trunk, took out a wooden bat - a gift from a relative - and ordered the girl to go out. She obeyed with tears in her eyes and a cry: "Do not kill me!" Taking the bat in the right hand, the inspector struck the back of the victim’s back of the victim. She fell. The magpies bent over - the breath has not stopped yet - and hit it twice more. From the mouth of Vika, blood passed. The magpies took her by the leg, dragged her to the steep bank of the river and threw the corpse down. The policeman did not notice that in the water the body hooked on the snag. Later, the posthumous examination will record an open craniocre injury with a bruise of the brain, frontal, temporal and zygomatic bones, a defect in the rectum mucosa and vaginal damage.

On the same day, Sorokomov was imprisoned, and the next investigators with his participation checked the testimony on the spot. Later, one of the accompanying the suspect operatives recalled: “Even the police officers were struck by that frankness, and the sincerity, and indifference with which the Sorokomov talked about the circumstances of the murder. Clearly, calmly told. " These words and the results of the examination on video recordings of the interrogation of Sorokomov after the detention are confirmed: “The suspect is in a calm state. Signs of depression, emotional excitement, an increased emotional and lane background of mood or signs of fear of fear [...] were not found. ”

Residents of the village can still tell how to find the place of murder: go past the school to the end of the street, then through the small bridge, turn right, stop at the scrap metal collection point. In early spring, the descent to the river is blurred. In the death of the girls, Svetlana blames himself: “He has already raped Vika and took it back. And when he looked that they called him, he did not pick up the phone, then he responded - I was just standing - they ask him: "Where are you? - I'm in Saratov." They say that my mother raised Kipish here, because she did not drop out one girl. And only then he turned around, went to kill. And if I had not come [to the police]? Don't know. If only to survive all this. ”

Having received a recognition in the murder of Vicki, the investigators who worked on the Sorokomov case immediately began to interview other children, whose families were to look after the inspector on duty. Already on September 3, at that time, a 15-year-old student of the school in the village of Sunzenki (the name changed in order to maintain the anonymity of the victim), Nastya Yuditskaya told them that the policeman forced her to sex with threats.

Nastya’s mother drank, the family was registered as large and low -income. Yuditsky met Sorokomov immediately after he took the position of inspector. After that, the mother of Nastya Tamara often began to notice the policeman in the subsopsences - the policeman, who traveled around the village drunk, annoyed her.

Остановившись в безлюдном месте, Сорокоумов, по словам Юдицкой, сказал: «Давай займемся сексом». Инспектор получил отказ, но продолжал настаивать. Сорокоумов обещал забрать Настю в детский дом; девочка, зная, что тот служит в полиции, поверила. Через полтора часа уговоров она согласилась. Сорокоумов пересел на заднее сиденье и «совершил с ней половой акт естественным образом». На следующий день девочка рассказала об этом подруге.

Спустя месяц Настя снова была в гостях у Агеевых. Вместе с подругой и ее матерью девочка смотрела телевизор. Вечером приехал Сорокоумов и стал объяснять хозяйке дома, что Настю нужно срочно отвезти домой. Девочка пыталась протестовать, но безуспешно. Полицейский отвез ее в то же самое место, где занимался с ней сексом месяц назад. Был похож на дежа вю и разговор между ними: девочка отказывалась, но спустя час после угрозы отправить ее в детский дом уступила. Потом полицейский отвез ее домой. На прощанье он вновь попросил никому не рассказывать о случившемся, напомнив о детском доме. Но Настя ослушалась и в этот раз, поделившись пережитым все с той же подругой.

В следующий раз Настя увиделась с Сорокоумовым уже в мае. В тот день она, ее сестра Лера, их 17-летняя кузина Евгения Алиева и ее молодой человек ночевали в доме их тети. Девочки болтали, юная пара пила пиво. Ночью приехал пьяный Сорокоумов, и, вспоминала Настя на допросе, стал объяснять старшей сестре, что девочку необходимо забрать и увезти домой. Та стала прогонять инспектора; переубедить Леру было невозможно. После долгого спора Сорокоумов достал из багажника пакеты со спиртным и принялся угощать всех присутствующих. Спустя несколько дней он приехал домой к Алиевой и предложил переспать с ним в обмен на помощь, которую он как полицейский мог бы оказывать девушке, если у нее возникнут проблемы. Евгения согласилась и пошла с полицейским в его автомобиль. Она рассказала об этом следователю лишь в конце октября 2016 года, через год после убийства Вики.

В мае в деле появилась третья потерпевшая — на тот момент 15-летняя Лена Гаврилова. Она жила с бабушкой, и, по словам последней, вела половую жизнь с 14 лет. В социальной сети «Друг вокруг» школьница познакомилась с Сергеем Калгановым, 23-летним менеджером-консультантом в магазине по продаже ковров. На допросе девочка рассказала, что сама предложила мужчине заняться с ней сексом за вознаграждение — пять тысяч рублей. Калганов согласился.

В январе 2015 года они договорились о встрече. Девочка дала Калганову свой номер телефона. Перезвонив, тот спросил, где она находится — Лена была в кафе «Личе Пицца» — и предупредил, что за ней заедет его друг на черной «Мазде 3». Лена села на заднее сиденье. За рулем оказался упитанный парень в черном плаще и с короткими волосами темного цвета, представившийся Иваном. С Калгановым Сорокоумов познакомился за несколько лет до этого на дне рождения общего знакомого. Полицейский и продавец ковров подружились: иногда Калганов по просьбе приятеля отвозил его жену к родителям в Анапу, а иногда тот сам возил его к родителям в станицу Саратовскую. Иван объяснил, что им нужно заехать за Сергеем. По пути инспектор и девочка разговаривали.

На остановке у местного дома культуры в машину сел Калганов — русоволосый худой высокий мужчина со шрамами на лице. Затем все втроем выбрали место — лесополосу у микрорайона Развилка. По пути Сорокоумов снял в банкомате деньги для Лены. По очереди переспав с девочкой, мужчины сели в автомобиль и повезли ее домой. По словам Гавриловой, в пути Сорокоумов объяснил, что служит в полиции, и предложил обращаться к нему в случае неприятностей.

Через несколько дней Калганов написал Лене в социальной сети с предложением повторить встречу, но та отказалась. Тогда мужчина начал шантажировать ее, утверждая, что снимал секс на видео, говорила девочка следователям. После угрозы отправить запись одноклассникам Лены, она согласилась. Встреча состоялась через несколько дней: Калганов заказал такси, водитель довез школьницу до магазина ковров, там Калганов продемонстрировал ей видеозапись. Лена удалила ее, потом они занялись сексом. Больше Калганов, по словам Гавриловой, ей не звонил — в отличие от Сорокоумова, который с тех пор регулярно договаривался с ней о сексе за деньги.

По словам Лены, встречи происходили два-три раза в неделю: полицейский забирал ее из любимой пиццерии, с остановки рядом с домом и даже из школы. Они занимались «всеми видами секса», говорила она на допросе, иногда Сорокоумов привозил с собой фаллоимитаторы. Платил полицейский по-разному — когда пять тысяч рублей, когда — одну; иногда Лена спала с ним и вовсе бесплатно. Деньги девочка тратила на еду и другие нужды. Встречи полицейского и школьницы нельзя было назвать конспиративными: одноклассники видели, что Сорокоумов постоянно звонил Гавриловой, а у девочки из неблагополучной семьи стали появляться новые телефоны и одежда. На вопрос подруги, где она берет деньги, Лена ответила, что их дает полицейский по имени Иван.

Девочка утверждает, что в общей сложности она переспала с Сорокоумовым не более 20 раз. Однако созванивались они гораздо чаще: согласно данным биллинга, с января по август 2015 года полицейский звонил и писал Лене 1 467 раз. Последний — 28 августа, за три дня до убийства Серегиной.

Сразу после ареста и признания в убийстве, подтвержденного исследованием обнаруженной на обочине салфетки, которой Сорокоумов вытер сперму после изнасилования, и биологическими следами, обнаруженными на теле девочки, родители полицейского наняли сыну двух адвокатов. По их совету инспектор отрицал обвинения по другим эпизодам.

Так, на допросе 1 октября 2015 года он сказал, что не испытывал к Юдицкой сексуального влечения, а еще через месяц заявил, что школьница оговорила его, поскольку ее братья якобы попадались на воровстве и состояли на учете в инспекции по делам несовершеннолетних. Через год после ареста он рассказал о сексе со старшей сестрой Юдицкой Лерой — сама девушка его слова отрицала — а еще через месяц подтвердил, что по обоюдному согласию переспал с кузиной девочек Алиевой. Факт личного знакомства с Гавриловой, а уж тем более интимных отношений с ней, он также не подтвердил. Почти полторы тысячи телефонных соединений с номером, зарегистрированным на бабушку Лены, Сорокоумов объяснил тем, что дружил с девушкой заочно — в соцсети «ДругВокруг» и по смс-переписке.

Весной 2016 года была завершена психолого-психиатрическая экспертиза в отношении Сорокоумова. У полицейского обнаружили «смешанное расстройство личности», о котором свидетельствуют такие черты, как «эгоцентризм, завышенная самооценка, претенциозность, амбициозность, демонстративность поведения, стремление к признанию, обидчивость, раздражительность, упорство в отстаивании своих позиций, склонность к […] драматизации, аффективно обусловленным решениям […], а также поверхностность суждений». В силу имеющейся у него педофилии врачи посоветовали применить к Сорокоумову принудительные меры медицинского характера в виде амбулаторного лечения у психиатра.

«Его отличает неустойчивое самоотношение, внутренняя неуверенность, на этом фоне обостренное, вместе с тем крайне уязвимое самолюбие, выраженность потребности в самоутверждении при слабости личностных ресурсов, скудности системы представлений и незрелости в целом. Наряду с зависимостью от отдельных значимых лиц, родителей, его отличают эгоцентризм позиций, установок и личностных смыслов, низкая способность к дегенерации, пониманию чувств других, сопереживанию. […] При невысоких интеллектуальных и волевых ресурсах, суженность смысловой сферы сочетается с шаблонностью поведенческих реакций. […] Интеллектуальный уровень подэкспертного в целом невысокий, но достаточный», — описывали Сорокоумова специалисты. Как и в случае Калганова, они не нашли у полицейского ни психических расстройств, которые мешали бы ему контролировать собственное поведение, ни предрасположенности к аффективным действиям.

Court

Судья Краснодарского краевого суда Василий Лобода начал рассматривать дело в отношении Сорокоумова и Калганова в декабре 2016 года. В окончательной редакции обвинения инспектору вменили пункт «б» части 4 статьи 131 (изнасилование потерпевшей, не достигшей 14-летнего возраста), пункт «б» части 4 статьи 132 (насильственные действия сексуального характера в отношении лица, не достигшего четырнадцатилетнего возраста), пункты «в» и «к» части 2 статьи 105 (убийство малолетнего с целью скрыть другое преступление), часть 5 статьи 134 (половое сношение с лицом, не достигшим шестнадцатилетнего возраста, совершенное лицом, достигшим восемнадцатилетнего возраста, совершенное группой лиц), часть 4 статьи 135 (развратные действия без применения насилия лицом, достигшим восемнадцатилетнего возраста, в отношении лица, не достигшего шестнадцатилетнего возраста, совершенные группой лиц) и часть 2 статьи 133 УК (понуждение к половому сношению, совершенное в отношении несовершеннолетнего) — то есть все статьи о сексуальном насилии, предусмотренные Уголовным кодексом. Калганова обвиняют только по последним трем.

Процесс близится к концу. Адвокат Александр Попков, представляющий интересы потерпевших по инициативе правозащитной организации «Зона права», отмечает: на протяжении всего рассмотрения дела инициатива остается на стороне гособвинения. Стратегия защиты, говорит он, сводится к тому, чтобы «дискредитировать потерпевших, оставшихся в живых — якобы они плохого поведения, маргинальные, ведут разгульный образ жизни и могли оговорить его из-за своих непонятных мотивов». Пока защита допросила лишь одного своего свидетеля, директора школы, в которой училась Гаврилова. Он подтвердил, что девочка иногда прогуливала уроки и не слушалась мать.

В общей сложности суд допросил уже около 60 свидетелей. Среди них был и экс-начальник ОМВД по Горячему Ключу Гребеннюков. После ареста Сорокоумова телеканал Life сообщал , что глава городской полиции приходится обвиняемому крестным. В разговоре с «Медиазоной» это подтвердила и Светлана Серегина. По словам женщины, после того, как Гребеннюков принес ей официальные извинения, он в сердцах бросил: «А я ж его еще, гада, крестил!». Впрочем, на суде полицейский от этих слов отказался.

«Мы задали ему прямой вопрос, он сказал, что не говорил такого, но подтвердил, что они с отцом Сорокоумова вместе служили в одном отделе уголовного розыска в Гулькевичах в 1990-е. Сначала сказал, что дружеские отношения были, но потом исправил на "служебные". А то, что они почти синхронно перевелись в Горячий Ключ — это якобы случайность. Еще он сказал, что даже если бы его и позвали крестить приемного сына Сорокоумовых, то сделать этого он бы не смог из-за различий в вере, потому что Сорокоумовы — молокане. В пользу их близкого знакомства говорил и тот факт, что Гребеннюков на первый допрос Сорокоумова пригласил его отца — казалось бы, зачем, если подозреваемый — совершеннолетний офицер? Но Гребеннюков ответил, что ничего не имел в виду — ему якобы показалось, что при отце Сорокоумов был бы более разговорчив, откровенен, поэтому и позвал», — рассказывает Попков.

«Несколько свидетелей сказали, но при этом ссылаясь только на свое мнение, что Сорокоумов пользовался какой-то благосклонностью начальства, но в чем это выражалось — они не могли объяснить. То есть рядовые сотрудники говорят, что да, он какой-то особый, что ему благоволили, а все начальники говорят нет, он был такой же, как все, наравне, — говорит адвокат. — Его непосредственная начальница сказала, что, поскольку он не справлялся с письменной работой, несколько раз с ним был разговор: не справляешься — уходи. Это подтвердила и психолог — начальница к ней обращалась, и психолог хотела провести углубленное психологическое исследование, чтобы каким-то образом показать, что он немножко непригоден, и это дало бы право его уволить. Но до этого не дошло, все осталось на уровне разговоров». Как объясняет Попков, версия о том, что Сорокоумов целенаправленно устроился работать инспектором по делам несовершеннолетних, не подтвердилась: в отдел он попал случайно — только потому, что там появилось вакантное место.

По словам Попкова, сам Сорокоумов ведет себя на суде «достаточно активно»: «Все подмечает, вопросы изредка задает». «Иногда усмехается над некоторыми вещами. Зачитывали показания, где, когда он спал с девочкой, она спросила, а как же жена. А он ответил: "Жена не стенка, подвинется". И когда это читали, он ухмылялся на этой фразе. И когда вот эти дискредитирующие девочек детали стали озвучиваться, он тоже постоянно улыбался, ухмылялся. Не грустит, в общем», — отмечает адвокат.

Когда в суде выступали родители и супруга полицейского, которые, по словам Попкова, до сих пор не могут прийти в себя от случившегося, Сорокоумов слушал их стоя, пояснив, что делает это из уважения к родным.
