
The deputy of the Odessa Regional Council, Maria Gaidar, was appointed adviser to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, according to the website of the head of state.
"To appoint Gaidar Maria Egorovna an adviser to the President of Ukraine (outside the state)," the decree says.
Having left for Ukraine, since July 2015, the politician and public figure Maria Gaidar was deputy governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili and worked in the field of social policy. She left this post in May 2016 because of the new law on the civil service prohibits citizens with any other citizenship except Ukrainian. He is a deputy of the Odessa Regional Council from the bloc of Petro Poroshenko "Solidarity".
