Rustam Mallamagomedov , who was detained after a press conference of truckers, was released from the police without charge. OVD-Info was informed about this by telephone by lawyer Valentin Pyshkin. Earlier it was reported that Mallamagomedov was taken to the police department in the city of Zhukovsky, although the local activists who came said that he was no longer there.
