Lukin was accused of violating the established procedure for holding a rally (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Lukina’s lawyer did not agree with the positions of the police and stated that on March 27 a meeting was held on the highway, not a rally. As a result, the prosecution was retrained from the organization, to participate in the rally.
On March 27, Tatarstan carriers took part in the All-Russian campaign against the Plato system, about 200 drivers took part in the action, who built cars on the sidelines on the M-7 highway near Kazan.
