Vladimir Putin has always been famous for the ability to use explosions. He did it so effectively that doubts about their authorship involuntarily crept in. Actually, his rule began with such dubious explosions : Guryanov Street, Kashirskoye Shosse, Volgodonsk, Buinaksk ... Direct evidence was never found. But after the Ryazan Sugar there was a bad precipitate. And Putin’s main prosecutors - Alexander Litvinenko and Boris Berezovsky -, on the contrary, left us much earlier than the deadline for him by nature.

Even those who are inclined to see the villain in Putin cannot but admit: he always held on a well done. With a sharp movement, he jumped onto his horse and chopped from his shoulder. Even after Beslan, when the stones cried. The killed children have not yet been buried, and he had a ready -made package of “anti -terrorism measures” at hand, the main of which is the transformation of federalism guaranteed by the constitution into a fiction.

This is not to say that every explosion during the Putin rule gave reason to look at him askance. The object of terrorist attacks often became the military in the North Caucasus. Police plots filled with explosives were raised, militants arranged street battles. All this routine of a smoldering conflict did not raise questions: it was always clear who, whom and why explodes. A completely different thing is trolleybuses, trains, underground crossings, shopping centers, metro and other civilian objects in the capital and other cities. The motives are incomprehensible. Responsibility of virtual one-day organizations with operethum names take responsibility. On the bench of the defendants are some random people. And only Vladimir Putin is always on a horse: he offers a foreign journalist to do a circumcision and tightly close the ranks in the fight against international terrorism.

They expected decisiveness from Putin, but he didn’t even eat Chizhik!

By a strange coincidence, the activity of the terrorists came to naught exactly at the moment when Putin was once again offended for the West, and in Russia he rolled his last opponents into the asphalt. Russia conducted the APEC summit and the Olympics. It would seem that explodes - I do not want to! Zero attention. The war in Georgia is not a single emergency. For more than three years, war has been going on in Ukraine - nothing. A year and a half bombing in Syria - not a single terrorist attack in Russia. At the same time, the so -called counter -terrorism operation continues in the North Caucasus. Cars with Trotil, shelling, hostage captures. "Work, brothers!" And not a single explosion on the "big land"!

When Putin was required, the explosions were regular. As soon as they became undesirable - they stopped. A surprisingly lucky person! Favorite the gods! But this time the gods seemed to turn away from Putin. Although the soil seems to be prepared.

Firstly, there are legendary "Ukrainian DRGs". Putin has repeatedly reported about the "bloody plans of the Kyiv junta." Ukrainian "terrorists" have already been caught in Crimea and in Moscow, and some have already been given deadlines. If at the site of the explosion in the St. Petersburg metro they found shreds of embroidery or the "Yarosh's business card", it would not be surprising. On the other hand, in Dagestan there was a path situation, which puts a lack of choice in front of the Kremlin: either surrender, or a decisive “stripping”. The truckers protesters in the Caucasus do not diverge, and the Rosgard and OMON do not dare to disperse them by force. They only scare, showing helicopters from afar and armored vehicles. When the explosion thundered in St. Petersburg, the idea of some imaginary "Dagestan IS cell" immediately arose. Who to blow up, if not for them!

In a word, they expected decisiveness from Putin, but he didn’t even eat Chizhik! Moreover, Chizhik won the most from the St. Petersburg explosion. Chizhik seemed to be specially waiting for the explosion to joke about the "compote" and remind you that he had recently been the president (and for some reason there were no terrorist attacks at that time). At another time, Medvedev would not be greeted. But immediately after the explosion - not to the compote, and when the smoke dissipates, it will be too late to react to his “answer”.

Against the backdrop of the fresher Medvedev, Putin's confusion became even more noticeable. Confusion with the number of explosions (either one, or two). Fighting attempts to appoint the first oncoming terrorist . The Kyrgyz guy, on which in the end - is clearly not from a good life - stopped. There was simply no one else was found - I had to agree to this.

Eloquently more than any words is the time and place selected for the explosion. The explosion in St. Petersburg, and even at the time of the international meeting at the highest level, is a frank slap in Putin. Even if at such a moment the president cannot ensure the safety of his hometown, how is Putin going further to the country? And as a cherry on the cake - the Lukashenko’s understanding smile, which Putin has already begun to troll for “instability”.

In general, Putin is not the same. His horse stands fifty. The checker was dull and rusted ... This is the spring outside the window. And on the Putin calendar - autumn. Late autumn.
