The head of Sberbank German Gref spoke about the construction of a new state administration of state 3.0 in Russia. It is quoted by RNS.
“There is no need to go successively, you do not need to experiment on our officials and go step by step, you need to immediately introduce, let’s say,“ state 3.0 ”,” he said, proposing to “slip” several intermediate stages in the development of public administration.
The new management model should include the following components: the management of current processes, the built -in mechanism of constant change of these processes and innovative “subversive” technologies.
According to the head of Sberbank, Russia can quickly build a state "on the platform of the future."
Earlier, Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov proposed reducing the share of the state in the economy, where his management is ineffective. However, he refused to name spheres in which the state cannot act successfully.
