In the center of Rostov-on-Don near school No. 5, an explosion occurred on Socialist Street. This was reported by 161.ru.

The incident occurred at 7:20 am Thursday. School watchman was injured - 46 -year -old Dmitry Kolesnikov ( according to RIA Novosti - Kolesnik). He raised a flashlight from the ground and turned it on. The flashlight exploded at the watchman in his hands.

According to the head of the city emergency department, Sergei Zavorotinsky, Kolesnikov torn off his right hand and three fingers of the left. In addition, he received fragmentation wounds of the chest and abdominal wall. The victim was taken into intensive care of the 2nd city hospital of the ambulance and operated on. Interfax - also with reference to Zavorotinsky - reports that the watchman is serious. However, RIA Novosti notes, there is no threat to his life.

The lessons at school were canceled. The police arrived at the place. There were no suspicious objects in the building itself.

The movement along the Socialist Street from the street on February 7 to Kirovsky Prospekt was blocked.

After the explosion, police officers with dogs began an examination of all schools in the city. Classes in them, however, continue.

The Investigative Committee opened the case under Part 3 of Article 30 - paragraph "E" of part 2 of Article 105 (attempted murder in a generally hazardous way) and part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of explosives).

On Monday, the explosion occurred in the Wagon of the St. Petersburg metro on the Sennaya Square - "Technological Institute". 14 people became victims, more than 50 were injured. The next day, the TFR said that the terrorist was committed by a suicide bomber - a 22 -year -old native of the Kyrgyz city of Osh, a Russian citizen Akbardzhon Dzalilov. According to the information of the investigation department, he laid a bomb at the Square of the Uprising Square. This bomb, however, did not work.
