The court in Nizhny Tagil fined 10 thousand participants in the action against corruption

The Leninsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil today, April 6, fined a participant in the campaign against corruption on March 26 Ilya Fedorov for 10 thousand rubles for violation of the procedure for holding a public event (under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was announced by Fedorov’s lawyer Roman Kachanov.

The reason for the detention was that some people in civilian clothes attacked two minor girls and tried to take them away. Also, the drama theater had nothing like this. Meanwhile, the protocol on an administrative offense reports that the police officer demanded the action to terminate. Firstly, this is not true and refuted by other materials of the case. And secondly, the requirement to terminate the participation in a public event can be made not by the police officer, but by the body that coordinates public events, in our case, the administration of Nizhny Tagil. Despite all these violations, Judge Anna Pfeifer found Ilya Fedorov guilty. The resolution has not yet been issued, but it will certainly be appealed, ”said Kachanov.

Earlier on April 3, the court terminated the case of a participant in the corruption of Alexander Batorin. Judge Stanislav Tatarenko considered that in the actions of Batorin there is no composition of the offense in the form of a violation of the established procedure for holding a public event (in part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On April 4, Lenin Court of Nizhny Tagil appointed fines of 10 thousand rubles to participants in the anti -corruption rally on March 26, the brothers Mikhail and Artem Pevtsov.

On April 5, the same court found Andrei Anthropov guilty in violation of the rally procedure (part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined it by 10 thousand rubles. Anthropov was detained on March 26 during an inconsistent campaign at the Contemporary Code of Civil Aviation in Nizhny Tagil.
