In Moscow, during a meeting with residents of houses at 20/17 Aviamotornaya Street, a deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Lefortovo municipal district, Alexandra Andreeva, as well as one of the participants in the meeting, Andrei Chivikov, were detained. At the moment they are in the Lefortovo police department.
According to Andreeva, at the time of her arrest, she told residents about the law on housing renovation in Moscow, which involves the demolition of low-rise buildings in the capital. MP Andreeva was approached by the police, claiming that she was allegedly holding some kind of public event, after which she was detained. Andreeva noted that the police did not introduce themselves, there were no badges on their uniforms. Police officers also detained one of the participants in the meeting, Andrey Chivikov. The policemen knocked him to the ground, one of the police officers stepped on Chivikov's throat with his knee, after which the detainee was handcuffed.
At the moment, according to Andreeva, in the Lefortovo police department, the police took away the passports from the detainees, until they are charged with nothing more and are not being explained.
