Акции согнанных бюджетников будут согласованы. Время и место проведения объявят заранее, и ничего не мешает небольшой группе активистов в каждом крупном городе поднять плакаты в духе "Коррупция убивает не меньше терроризма" с лицом Медведева.
Важно отметить, что многие бюджетники сами в гробу видели зажравшихся начальников и эти пляски на костях, а сама акция весьма похожа на перформансы, которые устраивал румынский диктатор Чаушеску на закате своего правления.
Ответом несистемной оппозиции могла бы стать массовая инфильтрация гражданских активистов на эти разрешённые и санкционированные мероприятия, агитация в рядах их участников, разворачивание плакатов и транспарантов со своими антиправительственными лозунгами, остановить захват подобных митингов будет практически невозможно, попытки пресечения же вызовет огромный общественный резонанс.
Вот сейчас самое время собирать митинги во всех городах сразу против терроризма и коррупции !!
Правда, соратники Навального на митинги (во всяком случае, как организованная сила) не собираются - за что их немедленно начали порицать "патриоты".

Вместо национального объединения трагедия в Санкт-Петербурге становится поводом для обоюдного поиска врагов и коварных заговоров, еще раз демонстрируя глубокий раскол в обществе. И с этим расколом российская власть входит в президентскую кампанию.
