Now, after almost a year, we can, looking back, summarize the intermediate results.

The criminal case has been instituted. Criminals-entrepreneurs who holding migrants in slavery are in custody in the pre-trial detention center of Ulan-Ude.

We do not know how they live there, whether they have support from vaunted aua. The work of the Buryat PMC is covered with darkness. Is it there at all?

But, the beam of the light in the Dark Kingdom, the investigation was arrested by the "factories, steamboats" of the offenders.

We would not want this property to become a “bargaining” between the investigation authorities and our opponents.

Therefore, within six months since the criminal case, we actively tried to enter the case as representatives of people rescued from slavery.

How did we do it?

In July, we arrived and simply took from the factory those who wanted to leave, from where they were illegally held.

Then the statement in the UK, the initiation of the case, interrogations, confrontations, petitions, refusals, and, the unexpected evasion of the investigation from the obligation to submit at least some procedural documents. Even a decision on the initiation of a criminal case and recognition of the victims is not given.

Now we have introduced the lawyer of our organization.

Nicholas the worthy lawyer, without any reward, in the best traditions of the jury, leads this multi -volume criminal case “in poverty”, already representing 7 people. Survs on the recovery of non -pecuniary damage were filed. We intend to clarify them during the case. We are preparing a position for the European Court of Human Rights.

For our money, we go to the neighboring region, shaking the investigators, preventing them from lowering them all on the brakes.

In February of this year, several of our wards followed on a train, where employees of the police patrol took their last money - several thousand.

On February 13, 2017, we filed an application for initiating a criminal case on this fact - in the IC by transport.

I must say, I personally took the document and was glad to find out that the police “worked” on 5+, conducted an audit and seized the money that was transferred to conduct an investigation into the Investigative Committee.

Then the verification materials went to the fraternal CO.

Now they were transferred to Irkutsk - to the transport SK.

Probably, so the UK wanted to hush him, once again pressing uncomfortable human rights defenders.

I don’t even know, maybe the theoretical men who are wise and gray-haired can correct me, they will say where the Code of Criminal Procedure indicates that the assistants of investigators have the right to disturb citizens, calling them under the bright eyes of the direct authorities on the phone call.
