The head of the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the All-Tatar Public Center Rafis Kashapov, sentenced to three years for criticizing the annexation of Crimea, was taken from IK-18 under the Ukhta in an unknown direction. This was the first verdict in the "separatist" article 280.1.

Kashapov himself did not deny the fact of the publication of texts and a demotivator , but he insisted that there was no corpus delicti in these actions. Speaking in his process with the last word, he emphasized that the case was fully fabricated by the FSB .

On November 13, the Supreme Court of Tataria upheld Shakurov’s decision in force , having removed only an additional punishment from the Police - a two -year ban on using social networks on leaving the colony.
