The Krasnodar Regional Court continues to consider the appeals of the participants of the rally against corruption against the decisions of the district courts.

• Bislan Zhane was upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 10 days under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer)
• Muradin Zhane was upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 10 days under Art. 19.3 Administrative Code
• Andrei Serikov was upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 15 days under Art. 19.3 Administrative Code
• Dmitry Savoskin upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 10 days
• Mikhail Bukhtenko was upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 10 days under Art. 19.3 Administrative Code
• Alexey Nikitin upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 10 days
• Dmitry Vdovin was upheld the sentence of administrative arrest for 10 days under Art. 19.3 Administrative Code

The appeals of Vitaly Moldanov and Ravil Shigaev were considered without the presence of lawyers. Moldanov's case was considered not only without a lawyer, but also without him, despite the fact that he was present in the courtroom. Their sentences, 10 days of administrative arrest under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, were upheld.

According to lawyer Alexander Popkov, the court refuses to call witnesses in the case and does not accept expert examinations.

Earlier, the Pervomaisky District Court issued fines and administrative arrests to ten participants in an anti-corruption rally, which they are now challenging in the regional court.
