Ruslan Khubaev, head of the Krasnodar branch of the Other Russia party, was detained by the police. He is charged with part 1 of article 19.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - non-compliance by a person in respect of whom administrative supervision has been established, administrative restrictions or restrictions imposed on him by the court. This was reported on April 7 in the Other Russia group VKontakte.
Khubaev learned that he had allegedly committed an administrative offense by appearing at the mark in the penitentiary inspection. According to police officers, on March 29, at half past two in the morning, they arrived at his home and did not find him there. How they tried to “discover” him, whether they rang the doorbell, the police did not specify. Then the police called Khubaev's mobile number, and allegedly Ruslan told them that he was in the Lenta supermarket, working as a loader.
“At the same time, Ruslan does not work either as a loader or in the Lenta supermarket, and on the night of 28 to 29 he was at home“ in a sleeping place ”. This can be confirmed by his mother living with him. There were no calls to his mobile number, and this and the location of the number can be easily confirmed by a request to the mobile operator. And the Lenta retail chain hires only officially, with the conclusion of an employment contract, ”the Other Russia reports.
Until the trial, Ruslan will be in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kalininsky district. It is expected that he will be judged tomorrow at 8 am by the world court on Zipovskaya street, building 5, in which exact area is unknown.
Khubaev was sentenced to 4 years for participating in the riots on Manezhnaya Square in December 2010.
