The whole country, already weaned from quarterly terrorist attacks, was shocked by the St. Petersburg tragedy. As with almost any terrorist attack, completely innocent people died.

Today, the Moscow Metro is full of the police. Police with dogs. Police without dogs. Police in uniform. Police in civilian clothes. Even the district police officers are torn from their sites and were sent to catch terrorists in the metro. I can imagine how many terrorists they will carry!

Meanwhile, the country has specialized services that should do this, that is, to catch terrorists and identify extremists. It is called the FSB. A few different services are valid to help her, for example, the Center for Combating Extremism.

In 2014, the service made a good financial jerk: its expenses grew from 1, 7 billion rubles. up to 46.7 billion rubles. In 2016, the FSB received more than 55 billion rubles, and in 2017 - 59 billion rubles. For comparison, the budget size of the Pskov region is 21 billion rubles.

I think that with such financing it is quite possible to learn how to prevent terrorist attacks.

That's just for this it is necessary to engage in terrorists, not oppositionists, to direct their considerable forces to what is really dangerous for society, and not to those who criticize the authorities. Then you can prevent terrorist attacks, and save people, and regain gratitude and respect from their own people.
