Heads of medical institutions were urged to ensure the attendance of employees at the rally

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Dagestan sent a letter to state medical institutions urging leaders to ensure the presence of their subordinates at the April 8 rally against terrorism. This was reported on April 7 by Chernovik.

The letter, signed by the Minister of Health of Dagestan Salman Akhmedov, informs that the organizer of the event is the leadership of the republic, and all employees who are not on duty must come to it:

Taking into account the importance and relevance of the event, the personal responsibility for the execution of this order rests with the heads of medical organizations

The rally was planned as an action of support and solidarity with the residents of St. Petersburg - on April 3, there was a terrorist attack that claimed the lives of 14 people. According to federal law, an application for holding a public event must be submitted no earlier than 15 days and no later than 10 days before the day of its holding. In accordance with the law, the organizers of the rally simply would not have had time to coordinate it. Chernovik asked the Ministry of Justice of the Republic to comment on the situation, but at first they refused to comment, and then they hung up and stopped answering calls.

Earlier, the media reported that the administration of the President of Russia recommended that the regions promptly organize anti-terrorist rallies, especially where anti-corruption rallies were held on March 26. Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, however, denied this information and said that the Kremlin is not organizing rallies.
