The organizer of the action against corruption on March 26 in Murmansk, Sergei Ivanov, was released from the FSB department, where he had been for several hours. Earlier it was reported that he was detained , it happened right in front of his house when he was about to go to an event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg.

According to Ivanov, human rights activist Violetta Grudina told OVD-Info that the official reason for his detention was a certain statement that he might be beaten. The FSB officers took an explanation from him in connection with this statement, ran from office to office. All this time, Ivanov's phone was turned off. He believes that all this was done in order to keep him out of the event, since he previously had plans to speak at it.
