Two participants of the “He is not Dimon to you” rally in Rostov-on-Don were fined by the court. Alexander Degtyarev for 10,000 rubles, and Yana Goncharova for 15,000 rubles. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" late in the evening of April 7.
