In the Lyubertsy of the Moscow Region, the court sentenced the 40-year-old former commander of a separate platoon of protection and escorting the Internal Affairs Directorate for Moscow CJSC to the senior lieutenant Mikhail Droiknik. He is found guilty of a brutal triple murder . The whole family, including a young child, became the victims of order. After the reprisal, the policeman dismembered the corpses and tried to dissolve the victim’s head in an aquarium with acid.
By the decision of the Russian femid, officer Mikhail Dronik will spend 18 years behind bars. He will serve the sentence in a maximum security penal colony, the official website of the GSU of the IC of the Russian Federation of the Moscow Region reports.
It was established that from May 23 to May 25, 2015, Dronik, being in a communal apartment, attacked during the household quarrel on his 43-year-old neighbor Vyacheslav S. Conflict arose on the basis of long-standing personal hostile relations.
A convolor policeman inflicted multiple wounds in the neck, face and limbs to the victim. From the injuries, the man died on the spot. After that, Dronik, in order to hide the committed crime, killed the 42-year-old wife of the victim Julia and their six-year-old son Nikita.
"In the future, to conceal the bodies, Dronika made their dismemberment, as well as the partial destruction of their individual fragments, organs and tissues by dissolving in acid," the press release says. To dismember the corpses, the criminal used a hacksaw for metal. In addition, he missed human flesh through a meat grinder.
During the investigation, more than 100 investigative actions were performed - interrogations, tests of testimony on the spot, recesses and inspections, more than 15 forensic examinations were carried out.
Dronike was found guilty of p. "A, c, K" part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("The murder of two or more persons, including a minor"). He was threatened with a life sentence. However, four jury decided that the law enforcement officer deserves condescension. With such a verdict, the judge could appoint Dronika no more than 19 years and 9 months in prison, writes the Moscow Komsomolets . In fact, the court showed even greater softness.
The head swam in an aquarium with acid
Mikhail Dronikika seced the security forces at the crime scene. He sat in a chair, and next to him on the table stood a cup with dried blood. “Shoot, guys, do not spare cartridges at me,” said Dronik to the operatives who entered the premises.
According to the detectives, the situation in the apartment was worse than scenes from horror films. Particularly impressionable employees of the investigative brigade even jumped out into the street due to the shock.
In the room of the victims on the oilcloth, parts of the bodies of the spouses and their child were composed. Nearby stood a bunk children's bed: on the second floor, a six -year -old Nikita was sleeping during his lifetime, and the first was adapted under the table. The boy’s mattress was stained with dried blood. There was an aquarium nearby. In it was the head of a man, flooded with sulfuric acid. Immediately nearby in the plastic bucket lay the boy’s head.
On the walls in the kitchen, blood splashes were visible. On the table lay a cutting board, next to several knives and manual saw on metal. Immediately a broken meat grinder was lying, which the killer used to grind the remains of the victims.
The head of a murdered woman was found on the lower shelf of the refrigerator.
Investigators suspected Dronika in cannibalism. “From what he saw in the apartment, the impression was created that he drank blood and eating the flesh of the people he had killed. But the offender denied this,” says Natalia Goryacheva, investigator -criminalist of the MHS of the GSU of the Russian Federation. “According to Dronik, he used the kitchen tool to grind the remains. But the meat grinder soon broke down and he had to pick up a hacksaw.”
Residents of the communal apartment quarreled due to accounts for water and light
According to the relatives of the dead residents, Droika categorically refused to pay for water and light bills. There was also a lot of debt from the former housing of the communal apartment. The spouses S. believed that this debt should also be repaid their neighboring police.
Dronik himself refused to pay for utilities on the grounds that he only came to the communal apartment on weekends, where he made repairs. Julia and Vyacheslav decided to sue a neighbor. Probably, it was the threat to dry Dronika that led to the fact that the guardian of order became furious and grabbed the knife.
During the investigation, Droiknik first blamed the murder of some drug addicts. Then he nominated the version that he quarreled with the residents of the communal apartment because of the light bulbs in his room that had stopped burning (according to Dronik, the neighbors twisted his traffic jams). According to Mikhail, Vyacheslav was the first to attacked him with a knife, and the policeman allegedly had to defend himself.
However, these examinations refute the version of self -defense. On fragments of corpses, wounds with signs of lifetime education were discovered. These were deep cuts on the hands and forearms. Such damage is characteristic when trying to protect yourself from knife strikes. Vyacheslav and Julia fought for life until the last minute, being unarmed. As a result, Dronika again returned to the version of the drug addicts.
Investigators believe that the officer thought out the murder in advance. For this purpose, he bought aquarium and sulfuric acid. Probably, the policeman believed that, working on the schedule of "two in two", he would be able to get rid of the bodies over the weekend.
The version was also nominated that officer Mikhail Dronik could engage in the so -called apartment raiding. He bought a share in a communal apartment in Lyubertsy, supposedly in order to create unbearable living conditions for residents, including hooking in their room citizens leading an asocial lifestyle. Thus, the policeman tried to force the neighbors to sell him part of the apartment for a little money or to buy a share from him. However, housing co -owners refused to make a deal with him.
It was also found that before the murder, Droiknik purchased an apartment with an area of almost 130 square meters in the village of Tomilino. He did not have a sharp need to live in a communal apartment.
It is noteworthy that Michael's relatives described him as a "calm and balanced man who would not offend a fly." His wife Valentine often scandalized with Michael, screamed at him and beat him with a wet rag. However, Dronik did not raise his voice and was the first to settled the conflict.
Mikhail Dronik was a cadet of the Ryazan Military School of the Airborne Forces, but six months before the release of the paratrooper was expelled for poor performance. After 12 months, Dronika entered the Military University of Communications for the last course. At the end of the university, he served a year in the army by the commander of a platoon of radio communications of the missile brigade, after which he quit of his own free will.
Three years, Dronik was either an unemployed or a private security guard, and then got a duty officer on duty at the Sailor Silence detention center. Having not worked for a year, he quit and became an electrician in the housing and communal services.
In March 2012, Droiknik entered the police, where he worked as an interns of the district police officer, and then transferred to the PPS. From there, Mikhail moved to the convoy service.
“During the work, he established himself as a competent and executive employee, but he did not show initiatives in official activities and hard work ... The normative acts of the Department of Internal Affairs knew poorly ... The character is calm, but outbreaks of aggressiveness in relation to colleagues were noticed, after which he could go into his own.
