One of the more than a thousand people who stretched out a happy ticket to a car carrier during the protests on March 26 in Moscow was my lover.

At the underground crossing at the metro station "Tverskaya" traffic on the sidewalk was, but very dense. We walked, as usual, holding hands. Racon grabbed a boy out of the crowd right in front of us-I think I would have heard if he had shouted something loudly, but his voice was heard only at that moment: “Why are you taking me? I did nothing! ” Nobody interfered with OMON, but people paused and began to shout "Shame!". We also shouted, and I was louder than Andrei, stood closer to riot police, and at the same time informed them that they were not the defenders of Russia. But they took it.

After a couple of hours, it became known that Andrei and other detainees were delivered to the Academic police department. I went there.

- A few minutes later Andrei got in touch and threw me the number of a lawyer, Anna Barvashova. She said that the detention protocol is still drawing up - and indeed, come here, no one bites here.

It turned out that it was not so simple. The woman did not want to let us in the entrance. “Show persistence and charisma,” Anya chips on the phone. - Say that you are going to write an application for her, for example, unlawful actions. She must miss you. ” Well, I’m not a lawyer, at that time it was only known to me that there should have been to keep people in the police department for no more than three hours, and under this pretext, convincing the lady that I did not mislead her (“We have no waiting room”), I got into the department. Cerberus refused to skip the second girl, and she agreed to stay on the entrance.

She came, warmed himself, wrote a statement, filed, received a coupon, went up to the detainees. They argued with garbage in the amount of two or three pieces of exactly the same thing that was the essence of my statement: more than three hours passed, and they were not released. And they do not give any papers. The action took place on the third floor, on the second there was another group of detainees, and, according to the police, this slowed down the process. They were not going to accelerate it in any way, and, it seems, their entire function came down to guarding the detainees. When a dry peasant wanted to go out-either to go completely, or to go to the second floor to speed up the process-a person in the form did not allow him to pass by force. They sat.

Already in the late evening they were transported to the Gagarinsky police department in order to let go quickly. The lawyers and I drove up a little later, and there were also difficulties with the aisle. It’s good that a girl with a car was nearby-the same, with short hair, in orange-yellow clothes, which several police officers that were epic in the car were so epic. In her car, I waited until they called me like a defender (according to their idea, there should be a request for the defender).

Anya demanded that you be allowed, and then left for you. You should have just been letting you down. This is approximately like the closure of Red Square on April 2 under the pretext of rehearsal, because someone wants to arrange an unauthorized rally, the authorities are afraid that people will come out and drive them away. No one expected so many people would come out, ”Andrei comments.

From there we were released only at half past two in the morning.

I attach a photo from the first page of the detention protocol, and you can see how false and illiterate it is. We heard that they are “written under a carbon copy”, but you can, for example, change the floor and write without typos? "The willing row." In this prosecution, everything is a lie. Andrei did not shout slogans, but "Shame!" - This is not a slogan (the slogan, according to the dictionary - a call), did not interpreted on the roadway (there riot police with autosaks), did not wave his hands, no one demanded to go along the street, and so on did not rest on the asphalt, did not cling to others (for me, except for the detention).

In addition, I was not able to find anything about the slogans either in the Law on rallies, nor about the FZ-65 on making changes to it. But in the second document there is an excellent Art. 20.2, p. 3:

- actions (inaction) stipulated by parts 1 and 2 of this article that entailed the creation of hindle by the movement of pedestrians or vehicles or exceeding the norms of the maximum filling of the territory (premises) - entail the imposition of an administrative fine in citizens in the amount of thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles or compulsory work for up to one hundred hours.

These are very curious lines. That is, if there are too many people according to the norms, and you do nothing with this - for example, you don’t leave - they can already be attracted. If these guys want to have fun, they can go at the peak hour to the Lenin Library metro station and pull as many people there as they want. Or rather, you can just stand there - and you will be taken away, you interfere with the movement of passengers.

It is difficult for me to judge, but the girl-in-orange is sure that the tightening of the procedure is psychological pressure. Andrei says that the investigator expressed dissatisfaction with the amount of paper work and, therefore, protesting. Well, what can I say. Do not delay people for anything - you will not be superfluous.

II. Court

On April 5, a court hearing was held, as a result of which Andrei was a fine of 20 thousand rubles. I was a witness. Of course, we will appeal to the ECHR.

From the noticed:

-The court was appointed at 13:45, but at the same time, someone else was put in the same office, so they called Andrei only at 14:39, and at about 15:40 the meeting ended. This story reminded me of the protocols stamped for hundreds of detained: first we will write something, and there we will figure it out. This is ineffective management that outlines the resources of all parties;

-The lawyer of the ATS-Info and “Rus of the Sitting” Sergey Sharov-Delone confirmed that we did not do anything illegal on that day on Tverskaya: even if the slogans suddenly shouted, then they went to the rally, and he was legal;

-The judge insisted that I look at her, listening to Mr. Sharov-Velon and answering him that it looked strange, since the judge sat almost exactly opposite, and the lawyer on the left and almost behind me. An unexpected conflict of judicial etiquette, which you can’t suspect, depending on the filming of trials;

- the fine was also discharged from Balda, in his opinion (before that they usually gave 15 thousand, that is, what affects the size of the sanctions, it is unclear);

This grandfather,-said Andrey,-Sergey Sharov-Delone, looked very tired. He fell asleep when he was silent. Apparently, a conversation is his way to fight sleep. At the meeting, he said that he had up to six o’clock, and then he would go to the school of defenders and there will be up to 11–12 there. On the one hand, it’s sad for me that I can’t help, and on the other, he causes me strong respect.

Some bloggers accuse Navalny and FBK of not ensuring the proper legal support to the detainees. Vile accusations, in my opinion: firstly, how could they know how many people would come and how many detainees will be? Such numbers for all were a surprise. And secondly, the FBK and the OVD-info and their partners are cool and well done, because they just provided this support, and for free. And then free consultations and defenders in court. Many thanks to them and those who support their work with their ruble.

Our protest did not meet support from mothers. They remember the scoop and crazy bullets, who killed their friends in the 91st year. They spit on a protest, they want only one thing: that their children are alive and not sit. They can be understood.
