New traffic rules can be introduced in Russia

In the rules of the road, changes can soon be fixed. This was written by Kommersant with reference to the representative of the First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov.

According to the innovation, at intersections with circular traffic, the priority entering it will be lost if the sign “Give the way” is installed before the entrance. It is noted that such a scheme will be “most effective”.

According to the head of the Probok.net expert center, Alexander Shumsky, this rule is necessary that “the movement on the circle does not lock”, and also that the Russians abroad, while driving, do not experience difficulties.

In addition, Shuvalov at a meeting in the Government on Road Safety instructed to work out the introduction of a new sign and the term “zone of calmed movement” into the legislation and the traffic rules, where, as Shumsky explained, pedestrians will be allowed to cross the roadway anywhere, and it will be forbidden to the cars and move more than 20 km/h.
