Meanwhile, the lawyer of Politsek Viktor Anufriev remarked: “From the day the investigation was completed, we actually had the opportunity to get acquainted (with the case. - Ed.) 13 working days. Of these, the investigator did not come to Dmitriev for four days. Four more days came only for three hours. They did it when they study the work for a month, two months, and here is just self -protection.”
During the hearing about the extension of Dmitriev’s arrest, the civil activist Andrei Litvin, a friend of the Politzeck, conducted near the SIZO-1, which contains the accused of a single picket with the poster "Freedom to Yu. The activist was charged with the item "in" parts 2 of Article 242.2 of the Criminal Code (the use of a person under the age of 14 for the manufacture of pornographic materials). This accusation provides for 8 to 15 years in the colony.
According to the Investigative Committee, Dmitriev took pictures of the naked 11-year-old adopted daughter of Natalia. Meanwhile, lawyer Anufriev noted that Dmitriev adopted a child with slow development. “Before becoming a foster father, he went through special courses, received a certificate,” the lawyer said. “And there it was recommended that with such physically, children should be conducted by a photo album. That is, to compare how development is going on.” These pictures, emphasized Anufriev, were stored on Dmitriev’s home computer; The activist did not print them, did not publish and did not send anyone.
The lawyer also reported that three days before the detention, December 10, Dmitriev, having received a call, visited the district police officer, who talked with the activist about "empty matters" for four hours. Returning home, the social activist noticed that someone had visited there. Meanwhile, an anonymous denunciation with printed photos was received in the TFR on the 12th.
The wife of Politzeck, telling about penetration into the apartment, noted that the visitor did not abduct anything, but rummaged in things and included a computer.
On March 2, 2017 , two more articles of the Criminal Code were added to the activist : 135 (depraved actions) and 222 (illegal weapon circulation). What kind of weapons are we talking about, it was not specified.

He acted as one of the founders of the Sandarmokh memorial complex. In this tract in the 1930s, over 9.5 thousand political zyes were shot, including the largest figures of Ukrainian culture - writer Valerian Pidmogilny and Theater Director Les Kurbas.
Dmitriev was also the compiler and publisher of books in memory of victims of political repressions of the 1930-1940s in Karelia.
In December, shortly after the arrest of the activist, an application for his defense appeared on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Research of the Liberation Movement. Among the signatories of the document is the director of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory Vladimir Vyatrovich, the director of the Museum "Prison on Lontzsky" in Lviv Ruslan Zabili and Kyiv Memorial of the Holodomor Holodomor victims Olesya Stasyuk, chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Helsinki Union, Alexander Pavlichenko, director of the Kharkov human rights group Evgeny Zakharov, Verkhovna Rada deputies, Anna Gopko, deputies of Verkhovna Rada, Nikolai Knyazhitsky and Victoria Syumar. It was emphasized that the activist was arrested shortly after the publication by the Memorial’s publication databases of the NKVD of the 1930s.
Earlier it was reported that a few days before Dmitriev’s detention, they repeatedly called and asked strange questions about the “executioners' lists”.
