Two residents of Sochi, Annik Kesyan and Marina Dzhandzhgava, convicted on charges of treason due to SMS messages sent to Georgia, were taken to the Moscow Lefortovo pre-trial detention center, wrote on his Facebook. their lawyer Ivan Pavlov

“My clients were found who were suddenly transported from the colonies in Mordovia and Vologda. Both were taken to Moscow in a matter of days and placed in the hospitable Lefortovo pre-trial detention center,” he said.

At the end of March, it became known that Annik Kesyan, convicted of sending an SMS message to a friend from Georgia, was transported from Mordovian penal colony No. 13 in an unknown direction.

In 2015, Kesyan was sentenced to eight years in prison under the article of treason; the investigation accused her of sending an SMS to her friend from Georgia on the eve of the armed conflict in 2008. It became known about it from Sochi resident Oksana Sevastidi, who was convicted under the same article and sentenced to seven years in prison in 2016.

In early March, Vladimir Putin pardoned Sevastidi. The defense noted that the same judge, prosecutor and investigator participated in the cases of Kesyan and Sevastidi.

In addition to Annik Kesyan, the Team 29 association talked about Marina Dzhandzhgava and Inga Tutisani. They were also sent to a colony for treason.
