The Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) will ask the court to oblige opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who was sentenced to a suspended sentence in 2014, not to commit administrative offenses. This was stated by the press service of the department.
The report says that the penitentiary inspectorate of the Moscow department of the Federal Penitentiary Service "is obliged to go to court" with a corresponding submission and will do so on April 11.
The reason for this, according to TASS , was the administrative arrest of Navalny for disobedience to police officers after his arrest on March 26.
