Trials of the participants of the rally against corruption on March 26 continue in the Tverskoy Court.
Five people were fined under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure by a participant in a public event) for 20 thousand rubles, four people were fined for 15 thousand, eight people - for 10 thousand.
One of the detainees, Alexandra Arkhipova, whose case was considered in the Tverskoy Court on April 11, reports on Facebook that she was detained on March 26 at 4 p.m., but the protocol states that she allegedly shouted slogans and ran out onto the roadway an hour later than the detention. The actions of the activist in the document are described in the masculine gender. In addition, according to Arkhipova, such “understudies” are present in the protocols of all detainees from the Cheryomushki police department.
