Adygea Mufti considered an insult to the feelings of believers an investigation about the theft of sacrificial sheep

The Mufti of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims Adygea and the Krasnodar Territory Askarby Kardanov filed an application for insulting the feelings of believers on the ecologist Valery Brinich. The reason for the indignation of the mufti was an investigation into the embezzlement of sheep, which the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov presented to believers in Kurban-Bayram. In December 2016, the chairman of the department of the All-Russian Environmental Protection Society in Adygea, in December 2016, sent a statement to the police, where he asked to verify the information that part of the sheep sent to Adygea at Kurban-Bayram on behalf of Ramzan Kadyrov did not reach the poor.

The ecologist found that some of the herds were on the territory of the former poultry farm in the village of Rodnikovsky, not far from Maykop, where these sheep are sold to everyone at half price.

Brenih told the “Caucasian Knot” that most likely the case will be started under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

Earlier, the ecologist was submitted that he was collecting bribes from local entrepreneurs, but according to the results of the audit, it turned out to be false. Brinikha is also accused of exciting national hatred for an article on nature pollution. According to the investigation, in the fall of 2014, the ecologist created extremist material-the article “Silence of the Yagnit” dedicated to the environmental problems that arose due to the activities of the pig-breeding complex in the Tekezhsky district of Adygea.
