In Pskov, the organizer of a communist rally was sent to forced labor

On April 11, the Pskov City Court sent the head of the Pskov City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Mikhailov, to 20 hours of compulsory work, he was accused of violating the procedure for organizing a motor rally (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
