In fact, "Strategy-2030" is not revolutionary, not rotary, not decisive. This is just another bureaucratic breakdown: one wording is replaced by another, the summary table is updated, the context in which Russian football exists is slightly refreshed - and the essence remains the same. All theses are freely walking along this winding "road map" (favorite expression of officials).

If you need a true development strategy for Russian football in 2017, then it is easy to express it with one phrase.
