The former minister is accused of extortion and receiving a bribe of $ 2 million from Rosneft, a consequence made a petition to extend house arrest.

According to TASS, the investigation allowed Ulyukaev to visit the treatment and rehabilitation center. The court, in turn, did not allow the former official daily walks, about which the defense asked.

Ulyukaev was detained in November 2016, according to the investigation, the minister was detained red -handed upon receipt of $ 2 million. This money, according to the UK, he demanded from Rosneft for the approval of the Bashneft privatization transaction.

Putin fired Ulyukaev on the day of his arrest. In March, Rain, citing a federal official, said that the president was ready to “let go of Ulyukaev with the world”, but so far he is listening to the argument of the FSB about the provenness of the corpus delicti in the case of a former minister.
