The company traditionally acted as a partner of the event and presented the task of gamification of the My MTS mobile application. The winners were students of the Baikal State University from Irkutsk, the Baikal Economic Club team.
The students analyzed the case and presented their ideas for gamification of the operator's mobile application to top managers of MTS as a potential employer. The judges noted that the decision of the Baikal Economic Club team stood out from the rest by the simplicity of its ideas, compliance with the goals of the company, the guys also managed to take into account the specifics of the organization for which the business problem was being solved.
The winning team will go to represent Siberia at the semi-finals of the Changellenge>> Cup Russia, the largest championship in Russia and the CIS for solving real business problems from the practice of leading companies.

MTS is traditionally a partner of Changellenge>> case championships, as it is interested in finding talented young employees. Three weeks of competition in terms of the amount of knowledge and experience gained are comparable to a full-fledged internship. Therefore, the experts at the final not only assessed the level of decisions and gave advice on how to improve them, but also personally talked with the most prepared participants.”
Representatives of MTS also took part in the discussion, during which they answered students' questions and gave valuable advice on building a career, and also awarded valuable gifts to especially distinguished students.
The first stage of the championship, which was held remotely, was attended by 648 students from 37 universities from 24 cities. The 100 best participants from the largest universities in Siberia reached the finals - NSU, NNSTU, NSUEU, OmGU, TSU and SibFU. They presented their ideas to the experts of MTS, Leroy Merlin, ChTPZ, Mars, EY, Deloitte.
The event is traditionally held in the format of working on business cases - this is a description of a real situation in the life of a company, culminating in the task of solving an existing problem.
