
The billionaire Alisher Usman filed a lawsuit in the Lublin District Court of Moscow to protect honor and dignity to the leader of the Party of Progress Alexei Navalny and the Fund for the fight against corruption. This is reported by Interfax.

Usmanov announced the intention to sue Navalny and FBK on Tuesday . Usmanov himself assures that the transfer of this site to the "social project" was part of the real estate exchange transaction . According to the billionaire, for this land he received from the fund a plot of 12 hectares in the village of Uspenskoye in Rublevka. Navalny, however, insists that the businessman is lying. As the politician explains, the land in the Assumption Usmanov bought from two commercial firms and the acquisition of one and the transfer of the other site has no connection.
The press service of the USM Holdings said that a plot of 12 hectares in Uspensky was owned by the East Invest groups, with which the STSGOSPROPECT had an agreement on the joint development of the site. According to the representative of the East Invest groups, it was planned to build a cottage village there: this company was supposed to provide land, and the fund - to ensure financing.
