The fourth defendants in the case of an attack on police officers at an anti-corruption rally on March 26 in Moscow were arrested for two months. It is reported by RBC with reference to the press service of the Basmanny Court.
According to the publication, meetings on the three defendants in the case were held on March 28, April 1 and 6. The fourth defendant, Andrei Kosykh, was arrested on 13 April.
Earlier on April 13, it became known that four detainees at anti-corruption rallies in Moscow were charged under Article 318 (use of violence against a government official). Among the accused were Alexander Shpakov, Stanislav Zimovets, Yuri Kuliy and Andrei Kosykh.
The Investigative Committee reported that it had video recordings that confirmed the guilt of the detainees, and Kosykh and Kuliy voluntarily testified and pleaded guilty.
