The initiative of the action was made on March 30 by the founder of Open Russia Mikhail Khodorkovsky . Then she announced under the name "instead of Putin." At the same time, it was not explained where and in what form the action was supposed to be held.

In recent weeks in Russia, protest moods have sharply intensified. The most ambitious were anti -corruption shares that took place throughout the country on March 26 at the initiative of the leader of the progress of Alexei Navalny. After Moscow protests, according to the latest data, five criminal cases , including part 2 of Article 213 (hooliganism with resistance to a representative of the authorities; sanction up to 7 years of colony), article 317 (an encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer; from 12 years to the death penalty) and part 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (applying dangerous violence to 10 years).

Since the end of March, arrests have been underway in these cases. Today, four people have been sent to the pre-trial detention center -this is 40-year-old Alexander Shpakov, 32-year-old Stanislav Zimovets, 28-year-old Yuri Kuli and 31-year-old Andrey Kosykh. All of them were charged with the 318th article.

It is also known that one of the affairs is suspected by Navalny and Nationalist Political Studies Vyacheslav Maltsev.

In addition, the case was opened about the calls to reach inconsistent shares on April 2 in Moscow. The 25-year-old mathematician Dmitry Bogatov was arrested. Part 1 of Article 30 - Part 1 of Article 212 (preparation for the organization of mass riots) and part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorism via the Internet) were imposed to him. The maximum punishment on the first prosecution is seven and a half years of the colony, the second - seven years. At the same time, Bogatov has no convincing evidence of Bogatov’s involvement in the Internet of calls for protests.

Meanwhile, Navalny called on Wednesday to hold new anti -corruption shares throughout Russia on June 12 .
