Judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow, Alexei Stekliev, arrested the Nationalist politician Vyacheslav Maltsev for 15 days according to the fabricated protocol on disobedience to the police officer (part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) on the metropolitan anti-corruption campaign on March 26. According to the protocol, on March 26 at about 14:10 Maltsev, participating in an inconsistent procession along the 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya street, talked with other protesters. The police officers who approached, introduced himself, warned him about the inadmissibility of "unlawful actions", but he continued the procession. The politician refused the proposal to go to the car for drawing up the protocol.

Maltsev objected in court: "It is agreed, not agreed - it has nothing to do with us. We are walking with comrades." From the police, the politician noted, he did not break out, but other participants in the action pushed him. Maltsev's explanations were confirmed by a video demonstrated at the request of lawyer Sergei Badamshin.

During the hearings, several police officers were interviewed, including from the 2nd Opera of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, as well as defense witnesses who participated with Maltsev in the action.

The trial took almost four hours. A large number of supporters came to support the opposition. In the courtroom there was a place only for some of them; The rest were waiting for decisions on the street at the entrance.

Badamshin said that the arrest of the politician would be appealed.

Maltsev was detained on Thursday in his apartment in Saratov after a search, which began at 4 a.m. The investigator for the investigation of especially important cases of the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee Ilya Litvinov came to politics accompanied by operatives and Sobrovtsev. The door to the apartment was cut into a grinder, and the wired Internet was turned off before that.

At the end of the search, Maltsev was taken away and shortly until noon was sent by plane to Moscow. Before departure, the opposition had a heart attack.

Later it became known that the search was in the case opened under part 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of dangerous violence to a representative of the authorities; up to 10 years of the colony) after the action on Tverskaya.

In Moscow, Maltsev was delivered to the OP "Tverskaya", and after registration of the protocol , they sent to spend the night at the Olympic complex "Luzhniki" . From there, politics on Friday was taken to court.

The lawyer of Badamshin did not mention the conduct of the criminal case on the criminal case in connection with which Maltsev was detained.

Meanwhile, the co -chairman of the Nationalist Party Ivan Beletsky, interrogated on Thursday in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow on Petrovka, 38 as a witness in the case of the action, reported that five criminal cases were instituted in the fact of protests on Tverskaya. Among the suspects, he called Maltsev and the initiator of the action - the leader of the progress party, Alexei Navalny.

Closer to the evening of April 13, the Investigative Committee announced the arrest of four accused in the case of an attack on police officers: 40-year-old Alexander Shpakov, 32-year-old Stanislav Zimovts, 28-year-old Yuri Kulia and 31-year-old Andrei Kosykh. All of them are charged with the 318th article of the Criminal Code.

At the same time, it turned out that the detentions and arrests began in fact immediately after the action. Shpakova was sent to the pre -trial detention center on March 28, the winter house - April 1, and Kulia - the 6th. Only slanting was arrested on the 13th.

It is known that Kuli and Zimovets were detained for shares and were fined on March 28: the first part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unauthorized rally, which entails the creation of interference with the functioning of life support objects), the second - in part 5 of the same article (violation of the procedure for conducting a public event).

The Investigative Committee also said that Kulyi and Kosykh "voluntarily gave detailed testimonies on the circumstances of the crimes and pleaded guilty in full."
