At night, Maltsev was transferred to the police department of the Luzhniki Olympic complex. By 10 a.m., on Friday, the detainee must deliver to the Tver district court.

The lawyer did not mention the actions of the criminal case on the action on the Tverskaya, in connection with which, as claimed, was detained by Maltsev.
Meanwhile, the co -chair of the nationalist party Ivan Beletsky and the right activist Yuri Gorsky, also detained on Thursday, were later released. Beletsky said in the evening that he was interrogated at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow on Petrovka, 38 as a witness in the case of the action. “They will still be called for interrogation, they don’t intend to be charged with accusations,” the politician said.
In total, Beletsky added, on the fact of the action on Tverskaya, five criminal cases were instituted. Among the suspects are Maltsev and the leader of the Party of Progress, the initiator of the protests on March 26 Alexei Navalny.
The nationalist did not report other details, citing two non -disclosure subscriptions taken from him.
Gorsky, as reported by the OVD-Info, was also released in the evening from the police department after issuing a protocol under article 17.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (non-compliance with the legal requirements of the investigator), which provides for citizens a fine of 1000 to 1500 rubles. As the activist said when they came to him with a search, he asked the visits to take off their shoes. Nine of them agreed, and the investigator of the TFR refused. Then Gorsky said that he would not let the investigator into the apartment.

As Interfax conveyed , in the future Gorsky is also supposed to be interrogated as a witness in the case of the rally on March 26.

Toward evening, the Investigative Committee announced the arrest of four accused in the case of an attack on police officers: 40-year-old Alexander Shpakov, 32-year-old Stanislav Zimovts, 28-year-old Yuri Kulia and 31-year-old Andrei Kosykh. All of them are charged with the 318th article of the Criminal Code, however, as it allows you to conclude a plot of business, its different parts: one 2nd, and the other 1st (the use of non-gas violence), which provides up to 5 years of the colony.
At the same time, it turned out that the detentions and arrests began in fact immediately after the action. Shpakova was sent to the pre -trial detention center on March 28, the winter house - April 1, and Kulia - the 6th. Only slanting was arrested on the 13th.
It is known that Kuli and Zimovets were detained for shares and were fined on March 28: the first part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unauthorized rally, which entails the creation of interference with the functioning of life support objects), the second - in part 5 of the same article (violation of the procedure for conducting a public event).
The Investigative Committee also said that Kulyi and Kosykh "voluntarily gave detailed testimonies on the circumstances of the crimes and pleaded guilty in full."
